Ability covers the horse's various performances in the disciplines in which it competes. It is presented in the form of genetic indices or performance indices or labels.
Aptitude au loisir
Leisure qualifications are a quality label for horses suited to leisure or amateur sports competitions. This label is a point of reference for users and buyers who favour pleasure, comfort, and safety.

These competitions are for:
- breeders who want to promote their horses as well as their training and dressage work;
- riders who want to buy a reliable horse which has been evaluated;
- professionals who sell horses’ progeny and want to promote examples of their expertise.
They are open to all horses between 1 and 18 years-old divided into the following groups:
- Juniors: 1 - 2 year-olds, shown in hand
- Seniors: 3 - 18 year-olds, under saddle or in harness;
- donkeys and mules: shown in hand and saddled.
